TUITION & POLICIES
Here are a few things you'll need to know to stay on your toes at DT&T!
Registration
• There is a non-refundable one time fee of $35.00 single student and $60.00 family due upon
registering.
Registration Fees Increase After Labor Day Weekend!
On September 3rd, 2024 registration fees will be $45 per dancer / $75 per family.
Tuition
• Tuition is a yearly fee. It has been broken down into monthly payments for your convenience. We do
not invoice monthly payments. (monthly payments will be due the first class of each month). If paid
annually there will be a 10% discount. Must pay full year to receive discount (10 months).
• Tuition is based on a yearly fee and does not change with studio closings or holidays.
• Tuition is considered late after the 10th of the month. Late tuition incurs a $15 late fee. I understand
that if I do not make timely payments, my child/children will not be allowed to attend class until
my account is current.
• Tuition is due in full regardless of classes missed (Including inclement weather. We follow Cobb
County’s decision on inclement weather school closings but in some cases remain open if road
conditions are passable). Students may make up any classes missed by attending another class in
their age group and level within 2 months of classes missed.
Monthly Tuition Breakdown
30min. - $50.00
45min. - $65.00
1 hr. - $70.00
1.25 hrs. - $80.00
1.50 hrs. - $90.00
1.75 hrs. - $110.00
2 hrs. - $120.00
Additional class time add-on’s are broken down as follows:
.25hr. - $7.50
.50hr. - $15.00
.75hr. - $22.50
1 hr. - $30.00
Costume Fees
• There will be a $80.00 costume fee for pre-ballet students, $90.00 all other students per class.
Costume payments are non-refundable.
• 1/2 payment will be due October 1st and balance due by December 1st.
• Costumes will NOT be ordered without full payment. Orders cannot be placed after December 15th.
Recital Fees
• A recital fee is due on March 1st. $35.00 single student, $50.00 family. This does not include recital
tickets, those can be purchased starting in May. All accounts must be paid in full to participate in recital
and to purchase recital tickets.
Payment Options
• Payments can be made through check, cash, or credit card.
• There is a $30.00 return check fee
Refunds/Credits
• I understand that DT&T does not issue refunds; however, a studio credit may be shown on my account
for future classes only. I am required to give a written notice four weeks prior to the date of withdraw.
Tuition is payable through the four weeks. DT&T reserves the right to cancel any class without
sufficient enrollment.
